Open unlined and closed economy

Investigations were held in the development of open unlined and closed independent economies. Such countries as Cuba, Albania, China and former Soviet Union are the examples of independent closed economics. Other countries with market economies (Big Sevens and Europe Union) belong to open unlined economy countries.

As for the openness it should be streets from the start, that there are no closed systems in the nature at all. Sometimes thermos with hot or cold liquid and other special containers could be considered as isolated only (the temperature stabilizes, becomes homogeneous, explosions set down). Human mind, psyche, economy, environment – all are the most complicated, open and unlined systems, and to manage them with “command” and “administrative” methods, not bearing in mind their own structuring and laws is not a successful deal. Synergetic (self organizing theory) exists to search stable variants of processes organizing in the investigating system, which precisely conform and upon a time its other status would evaluate to it. Environmental examples evidently prove, that open unlined systems are independent and expected results are very far if not count their own development tendencies, so all attempts are in vain and nothing could be built here. Forbidden rule states: its useless to spend energy and time to force complicated systems; its better to learn their functionality and with minimum efforts to launch useful forces, considering feedback of the system. Why I classify countries with communist ideology to independent and closed economy? In 1921 medicine academician Pavlov, Nobel’ prize owner participated in the meeting with Lenin, and he said his forecasting phrase: “Vladimir Ilych, I do not agree with your social experiment”, they were talking about implementing communist ideology in 1/6 part of the Earth. In theory a thermos exists.

Let us stress on the analysis of independent closed economy system.

1. In the closed systems conversion of a material from environment into an environment is forbidden.
When a closed system cannot fulfill a job or reflect on the done job, and also could not exchange the heat with its environment, it could be named as isolated system. The power of the isolated system is constant – the heat and job is the only way of transmission of that closed system. We could make one step to mathematical expression of the first law of thermodynamics; here we will mark the inner power of the system as V, the quantity of the job as W, the quantity of the heat as Q and will get the formula of the first law as: DV = DQ + DW. In other words, if the quantity of the job is done as W, that means that inner power decreases for W quantity; if the system loses the heat quantity Q, that means – it loses the inner power for Q quantity. It is the only way of inner energy change in the closed systems. That scheme looks like power bank: the deposits could be done in the form of the heat or the job and given in any of the mentioned currencies. In the bank the reserves are controlled in the form V; this power is accumulated in the form of kinetics energy of molecular movement or in the form of potential energy, as, for example, in the pressed spring or in a chemical links. The first thermodynamics law states, that in any process the energy is accumulated, and we cannot contradict to it, saying that all goes to the state with lower energy. The system’s energy is constant and any change does not influence on the change of the whole energy quantity. The second law states that in the isolated system spontaneous processes are taking place in the direction of the entropy increasing. For example, if we imagine the Soviet Union in the form of thermos, one can easily note what happened: repression of the intelligent people, cosmopolites, according to the chain reaction, doesn’t increase the temperature, as a result the homogeneous structure is built – it is the monolith ideology for each individual. In other words, the society in the thermos structure represents an atom-molecular system.
Now let us turn to open not lined economy and try to understand what it means.

2. In the open systems spatial and time structures are supported with outer flows, exceeding critical barriers.

3. While the outer flow grows up, the system becomes turbulent, that means, it reaches chaotic state, caused by the sum of non-correlated and local not forecasting states. In the systems with little freedom permission turning to the turbulence happens because of the passing the appropriate chain of unstableness, characterized by several parameters. Turbulence becomes dangerous when the freedom degrees are very high. Turbulence is not the regular and accurate events. In turbulence, one loses the information about the starting circumstances that is why the weather forecasting is very difficult job. In fact, in me theology people deal with huge mass of liquids and little definitions of viscous. These result big figures of Reynolds. It is the combination R=U E/V, where U – speed of the flow, Е – size of the object, V- viscous. Vibration is the general form of the dynamic systems’ movement. Market economy, being an open not lined system, brings its eight components.

• Private land
• Free entrepreneurship
• Law protection of the society
• Open economic and political information
• Person’s rights and freedom protection
• Excepting the innovations
• Market economy
• Government management through credit-money and fiscal policy
