“Aral: in search of the lost sea”

Ismailzhan Iminov’s book “Aral: in search of the lost sea” tells about the fate of the indigenous Aral people and their love for their native land, about historical and cultural monuments, the remains of abandoned ships at the bottom of the dried sea and the mysterious Barsakelmes island. The work is based on the author’s personal impressions of the Ulytau — Aral expedition in 2016
